Refunds & Returns

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos if the item arrived damaged

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for major failures

  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

  • A repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major

These rights apply regardless of any store policy.


Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short explanation of the problem

We will assess the case and offer a fair solution.


Change of mind returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or personal preference, unless required by law.

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

Return shipping costs for change of mind are the customer’s responsibility.


Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain baby products may not be eligible for return once opened, unless they are faulty.


Refund processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times depend on your payment provider.


Shipping issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or external factors outside our control.
Lost or severely delayed shipments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
